Conference hall is good we came here for a business meeting and the services provided were great. Nitika saw me waiting in the lobby and I was tired, the lady offered me water and some refreshments. Thanks such a lovely staff!

The lobby feels like a central train station, the food is extremely overpriced and the workers here are clearly heavily incentivised to ask for TripAdvisor reviews. By the end of my stay I ended up refusing service when offered knowing that I’d be stopped at the end and asked to write a review and mention the server’s name. The man who made coffee in the breakfast hall was great, so was the breakfast selection, as were the women at checkin/out desk. The men at that desk were generally difficult. A server knocked on my door late in the evening, ostensibly to ask if I wanted more towels I think? burst out laughing with a colleague, and then walked away. Which was odd. The rooms were pleasant.

Excellent property, centrally located from Supreme Court, High Court & NCDRC. Room are spacious, buffet breakfast is well spread and varieties. Check-out time is 12 Noon, i requested for late check-out by 4 PM, they had waived off the late check-out charges, appreciated. Perfect stay for business trip
